Crafted exclusively for Badagoni by our chief oenologist Dr. Donato Lanati, Kakhetian Noble White is a sophisticated dry white wine that exemplifies the essence of the Akhmeta region. A masterful blend of Rkatsiteli and Kakhetian Mtsvane grapes, its proportions are meticulously adjusted each year to highlight the unique character of every vintage.
After fermentation, the wine is thoughtfully aged—part in oak barrels to impart depth and complexity, and part in stainless steel tanks to maintain its vibrant freshness. The result is a wine that delights with bright citrus aromas and a bouquet of fresh fruit. On the palate, it is elegant and well-balanced, with a long and satisfying finish.
