Part of the Tsinandali microzone, Akura is known for Rkatsiteli. Limestone and clay soils help produce balanced, fresh European-style dry white wines.

Set on steep slopes at 600–700 metres above sea level. The combination of altitude and terroir produces balanced dry red wines with rich fruit aromas.
