Saperavi Reserve
Crafted from the exceptional 2010 vintage, Saperavi Reserve represents a selection of the year’s finest grapes and serves as the ultimate demonstration of the variety’s extraordinary aging potential. Vinification was conducted in stainless steel tanks with precise cap management, followed by complete malolactic fermentation. The wine underwent intensive maturation, resting for 36 months in selected French oak barrels and 24 months in bottle prior to release.
