Production:
Grape is picked up early morning and immediately put into the special boxes due to avoid any kind of damage during the transportation. Grape is delivered to the Badagoni wine factory not later than noon. Alcoholic fermentation process is conducted in the horizontal reservoirs installed especially for GAU#5 wines, that is prerequisite for making the unique wine having exceptional high quality. During the alcoholic fermentation, the process is stopped by Badagoni cooler system based on the laboratory control. It gives us possibility to maintain in the wine natural sugar with the small concentration.
